Is BREDC CIPC?
No. BREDC is an independent business registration assistance service proposed to operate under Tumo Investment (Pty) Ltd. It is not CIPC and does not represent itself as a government office.
Are government fees included in the prices?
No, unless a written quotation expressly says otherwise. BREDC professional fees and CIPC or other statutory charges will be shown separately.
How long will my registration take?
Processing times are determined by CIPC or the relevant authority and can vary. BREDC can provide updates but cannot guarantee an approval date.
Do I need to provide my CIPC password or OTP?
No. Do not share passwords or one-time PINs. You should retain control of your personal authentication and verification steps.
Can BREDC guarantee funding or tender success?
No. BREDC can assist with preparation and administrative readiness but cannot guarantee funding, contracts, tender awards or regulatory outcomes.
How will my personal information be handled?
Before launch, BREDC will publish its privacy notice and implement appropriate information security and data-handling procedures. Only submit personal documents through the approved secure process provided after your enquiry.
